Our special events are second to none!

Downtown Kennesaw offers a number of shops and restaurants, and is a popular gathering place for family-oriented activities throughout the year. In the spring, the City plays host to the Kennesaw/Big Shanty Festival, with over 250 crafters, artisans and vendors, in addition to live entertainment, children's activities and loads of festival food. Summer brings the City of Kennesaw's Salute to America, a pre-Independence Day celebration, featuring live music and one of the biggest and brightest, star-spangled firework displays in North Georgia. In the fall, barbeque and music is king at the the City of Kennesaw's Pigs & Peaches BBQ Festival; and come see some 19th century spooks during your visit to the Haunted Museum. The year closes with A Day with Santa, featuring a Main Street parade, snow activities and a festive tree lighting program.

We like to say, "All Tracks Lead to Kennesaw." Why not make it your next stop?
