 Skate Spot
In October 2008, the City of Kennesaw opened a free wooden skate facility at Swift-Cantrell Park, located along the western edge of the property.
Skate Spot Rules
- Skate at your own risk.
- Skates and skateboards only.
- Helmets, elbow and knee pads are recommended.
- Shirts and shoes are required.
- Children 11 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
- Stay in control. Maintain proper awareness and control of speed. Do not impede or collide with others. Always skate with the flow of other skaters. Be courteous to others.
- Reckless, horseplay, foul language or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
- Alcohol and tobacco are prohibited.
- Food and beverages are not permitted on the skate ramps.
- Do not drop or throw any objects in the paths of a patron or on the surface of the skate ramps.
